This just makes me think of my childhood. My Grandma loved Ella and Louis Armstrong. We listened to all his stuff, all her stuff and so many others.
It's just so amazing how a song can take you somewhere else.
I was raised on this music...
I remember seeing Ella Fitzgerald live when I was in high school. She was an elderly woman, but she still had SUCH an amazing voice...I have never forgotten.
