Another "True Grit"?
Who are they kidding?
This is an outrage! Everyone knows that there was only ONE Rooster Cogburn, and I don't care what they say about being true to the novel, "True Grit" belongs forever to John Wayne.
He will always be remembered and and loved for his portrayal of the crusty old Rooster.
Even the casting of Glenn Campbell is forgivable in the light of The Duke's performance, and that is no small feat.
Can THIS ever be imitated?
