We are back to school after the Easter weekend, but unlike other Mondays, we have a shortened schedule because the boys are going to a birthday party this afternoon. They have been invited to play laser tag with Patrick and Matthew Hauf. They have played a couple of times before and it is a really great party!
Brendan is so motivated this morning, that he says he wants to do all the school that he has for tomorrow too. We shall see.
We have other things to get done as well. The weather has been less than accomodating toward planting anything, as they say "Never plant before Mother's Day". I don't know who they are but on this particular topic they have been proven right year after year. The snow we were supposed to get didn't amount to anything but a dusting, but it's still a little chilly for baby seeds. So we planted our peat pots and they are inhabiting the floor of the new room at night. During the day I put them out for the light.
I can't wait to put them in the garden boxes, but I have to be patient.
I'm going to go help John with Geometric Solids. He is singing and working, so it can't be too tough!
